You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €9.95 per parcel; please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via hello@houseofseraphine. We will then refund the due order amount within 30 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for return.
